A warehouse in Northampton County just sold for $158 million, one of largest Lehigh Valley deals in years
A 1 million-square-foot warehouse in Upper Nazareth Township was recently sold for $158 million.
According to Northampton County real estate records, the building at 3363 Gun Club Road was sold to BV1 East Valley Logistics Park LLC from NP Gun Club Building LLC. The deal for the building and about 83 acres of land was recorded Feb. 18.
The buyer is a limited liability company with an address in New York City. The seller shares an address with NorthPoint Development in Kansas City, Missouri.
The tenant is logistics company Western Post.
It is one of the largest commercial real estate sales in the Lehigh Valley in recent years. The TekPark complex in Upper Macungie Township was sold last year for $175 million to expand a data center. For warehouses, a 1 million-square-foot building at 951 Willowbrook Road in Allen Township sold for a record $201.5 million in 2021.
