Every year at LVPE Fund, we talk a lot about building legacy, through real estate, through partnerships, and through impact that outlives the numbers on a spreadsheet. But this year, we wanted to do more than talk about it. We wanted to celebrate it.

On August 8th, we’re hosting our Anniversary Investor Appreciation Event, and let’s just say… it’s shaping up to be one of our favorite traditions.

Here’s why this one matters so much:

We’ve grown, as a fund, as a community, and as individuals. We’ve renovated properties, expanded our investor family, funded scholarships, and reimagined what it means to invest with purpose. But none of that happens without you, the people who said yes when it mattered.

So this year, we’re doing what we do best: hosting an evening that reflects our values, thoughtful, intentional, legacy-minded.

What to expect?

It all goes down at the National Museum of Industrial History in Bethlehem, a space that tells the story of American grit, progress, and possibility. Think:

• Signature cocktails during the opening reception

• A walk-through of artifacts and exhibits that shaped the nation’s industry

• Dinner, live music, a photobooth moment or two

• And a few words from Tejas, our managing partner, reflecting on the journey so far
